Everyone should create an online profile with us under the Talent Registration section on our website. It is free unless you want to have an acting website to market yourself either through us or independently. This is called an "activated" account.
With the free profile, you will be able to upload 2 pictures of yourself. Make sure these pictures are a good representation of how you look now. You should not submit pictures that are taken from far away or have you wearing a hat or sunglasses as these do not accurately portray how you look. Talent will need to type in their resume, contact information and sizes.
Actors: Like every other profession, acting is a job that requires training and experience. Every day we are looking for trained actors for projects that require different levels of skill. Please make sure that you include all of your training in your profile including all college level and post-college training and also any acting experience in theater, film, television, radio and corporate projects.
Extras: ! You do not need any previous experience. What we do need are people who are reliable and who don't mind working long days (usually 12-14 hours).
People who enjoy theatre, movies, and being around creative people love being extras in productions that we cast. We need people of all ages, ethnicities and sizes. We will call you if you are right for any projects we are casting.

After you have created your online profile with us under the “Talent Registration” section, you are considered to be on file with us. Being on file with us means that you are officially registered to be considered for work in Entertainment media. Remember, we are NOT Talent Agents so we DO NOT represent talent. Talent are represented by Agents.
Agents are the ones who will submit talent for auditions and earn commission from your work. As Casting Directors, we work for our clients, the Producers, Directors and Production companies who hire us, assisting them in finding the right talent for the job. A Production company is who actually hires you, not Nancy Mosser Casting so we are NEVER the Employer of Record.

Agency Pro is a software company. We have purchased their software and use it to run our talent database.
Basically, there are 2 types of accounts with Agency Pro Software.
The first is an Un-Activated (free) profile:
Everyone must create a profile to be considered on file. The information is stored in our electronic database. The free online profile allows you to upload 2 pictures of yourself and type in your resume. You can do this from the convenience of your own home on your computer. You are responsible for maintaining your own information. This database is what we will be utilizing to contact talent for projects that we are working on, so it is important to make sure this information stays current. Your information in this in-house electronic database will only be accessible to you and our staff.
The second is an Activated profile which has a monthly fee paid to Agency Pro:
Talent with activated files have their own professional website that they can use to market themselves. In addition, those with active files can have up to 20 pictures, VO demos, and video clips. If you are interested in activating your account, contact Agency Pro at 1-800-985-9147. We do not have anything to do with the monetary side of Agency Pro. This is a service they provide to the talent.
Being on file with us will not affect the relationship any talent has with their agent. WHEN YOU CREATE AND MAINTAIN YOUR PROFILE, MAKE SURE THAT YOU INCLUDE YOUR AGENT'S CONTACT INFORMATION under the representation section. We will then contact your agent if we want you for an audition or if one of our clients wants to book you.
